Best ways to burn fat – from belly or butt

Posted on May 22nd, 2010 by fat burner

When you gain weight, where does it tend to go? This is different from one person to the next. I know if I put on a few extra pounds, it goes right to my gut. However, if my wife’s weight increases, it usually goes to her thighs and rear end areas.  So what are the best ways to burn fat from these problem areas?  I can tell you, whether you’re trying to lose fat from your belly or your butt (or both), there are particular exercises to achieve that goal. But is that really what you want to do?  I didn’t think so.

Watch this video for a first-hand account of a person that found the best way to burn fat.

Okay, men – you have a spare tire.  It’s very common – I used to have one also.  It’s that extra glob of fat that sits right above your waist (or maybe it hangs over your waist). Every day men are wanting to lose belly fat and keep it off.

Women, you know the fat that you hate – it collects around your hips and thighs, and it’s the reason you don’t want to be seen in a bikini.  In fact, women everywhere would love to be able to just snap their fingers and have the butt of a runway model.

However, are most people going about it the right way?  No.  When I take a look at the local gym, I know that they’re not. How can I tell? Because the same men and women I saw a 6 to 12 months ago are still working out in there and their appearance hasn’t really changed much – if at all.  They think they have found the best ways to burn fat, but have they really?

There is really only one way to measure success – by results.

You can do all the exercises you want, and you can eat all the right “healthy” foods, and still not burn the fat off those stubborn areas.  Are you ready to learn how to finally get rid of that fat and have the body you dream of?  Watch the video.

Overnight weight loss – is it possible?

The continued increase in fast food restaurants that have a ton of saturated fat in most of the food, the use of a lot of unhealthy refined sugar in carbonated beverages (and other highly processed foods), and consuming food that has much lower fiber content: these factors have all helped lead us to the fact that there are more overweight (or obese) men and women in our population than ever before.

And yet, most of them continue to look for the best ways to burn fat. Unfortunately, they are not going to find it in McDonalds or Burger King.

But they just might find it here.

There are a variety of things that lead to being overweight.  One of the biggest factors is genetics; if your parents are or were overweight, you would lean toward that also.  That is actually good news, because there are simple things you can do to fight the genetic issue.  Are you destined to be overweight your whole life just because of your family history?  Definitely not, and that’s provable.

Another thing that is often blamed for excess weight is the natural aging process.  People just assume that since they are getting older, they must get heavier. Nonsense!  Have you ever seen an old, skinny person?  Of course – they are all over the place. You can be one of them – and we can show you how.

So back to the original question – is overnight weight loss possible?  Is it one of the best ways to burn fat?

The short answer is yes, it is possible.  It’s just not likely, and it’s one of the ways “gimmicky” weight loss programs sell to people that are desperate.  Yes, you can weigh yourself before going to bed, and then weigh yourself when you first get up and be a lower weight. Will you lose 50 pounds overnight? Of course not.  But you could arrive at your goal weight more quickly than you probably think.

If you’re tired of the gimmicks and want to find the best ways to burn fat – you’re in the right place.  Just take a look here.
